"To talk of many things:
Of shoes--and ships--and sealing-wax--
Of cabbages--and kings--
And why the sea is boiling hot--
And whether pigs have wings."
The last Saturday in July in The Old North End is dedicated to a celebration of Creativity + Community known as The Ramble.
Spectacular sunny summertime weather greeted us in the morning & stayed all day long. The festivities kicked off with Field Days in Battery Park and the traditional North vs South Showdown. North Street hosted the ONE World Market, The Decauter Street annual block party delighted the neighborhood with a "cardboard town", BBQ, multiple lawn sales & live music all day long. The Bobbin hosted our 3rd annual Neighborhood Craft Fair & Sidewalk Sale showcasing our local handmade designers. Rounding out the day were bicycles a plenty gathering for Community Photo, free crepes from Skinny Pancake and of course, great live music!
