Happy Summertime Crafty Friends,
Holy
Hot-tastic Batman! It sure has been HOT around here. Thankfully, our
Sew Bar + Craft Lounge are delightfully air-conditioned- a perfect
escape for any afternoon of sewing. Speaking of sewing...the July
Calendar is full of sew-skill building and O.N.E. community fun.
Upcycle your beloved clothing and textiles into a Memory Quilt, send
your teen to Fashion Camp! or stitch up some summer T-shirts &
flirty A-Line Skirts... There is something sustainably fun for everyone! Call 802-862-7417
or email [email protected] to register. The
Bobbin Mamas love an opportunity to stretch their sew skills and
creativity with an upcycling or refabrication Custom Design project.
Recently Mamas have been cutting up squares from our children's
outgrown, but still beloved baby clothing to construct "Memory Quilts"-
heirloom works of stitched art to cherish for decades to come. This
July we are offering Sewing: Memory Quilts- 2 Saturday afternoons in
July (17th & 31st) from 2-5pm we will design and stitch up
eco-friendly treasures. Register today! 802-862-7417 for information. If
you would rather not stitch up your own Quilt, you can take a cue from
our Bobbinier, Neth, who had us sew up his beloved Tie-dye Mushroom
blanket into an upcycled work of art. Read all about that project on
our blog: The Bobbin Mamas Adventures in Eco-Craft |

like us and live on the shores of Lake Champlain, you can take a class this
July in our cozy Craft Lounge to cut, embellish, and sew up your very
